Un 38% reconoce que podría serle “infiel” si se le presenta un sistema operativo con mejores prestaciones y 41% sería “infiel” a su Smartphone si pudiera cambiarse a un tope de línea como el Galaxy S21 Ultra.
¿Existen otros seductores que puedan llevarlos por el camino de la infidelidad tech?
Claro que sí. Entre los objetos de deseo mencionados también figuran el Galaxy A71 con su cámara increíble (18%), el Galaxy S20 FE (13%) y por último el Galaxy Note en su edición BTS (8%).

Pero, ¿Qué es lo enamora de sus Smartphones a los entrevistados? ¿Seguridad, diseño o batería?
La encuesta es clara en este punto y dice que lo que esperan los usuarios para una relación más cercana con su Smartphone son: mejores experiencias en seguridad y privacidad (32%), una mejor cámara (21%), un mejor diseño (21%) y también un acceso asegurado a la suite de productos Google (15%).
